- Establish a business location — minimum 1500 square feet
- Trained sales team
- Trained service team
- Identify business as EcoWater Systems and meet graphic standards
- Purchase initial inventory adequate to the area market
- Sell EcoWater Systems core products exclusively
- Internet access with an EcoWater home page
- Sign Authorized Dealer Agreement — includes exclusive territory and quarterly sales objectives
