When Jasmine from Douglas Water Conditioning dialed Celeste’s number, she had no idea she was about to make someone’s day — and possibly change their life.

It started like any other morning. Celeste answered her phone to hear a familiar voice on the other end — Jasmine, the marketing and advertising coordinator from Douglas Water Conditioning, whom she’d spoken with just the day before.
But this wasn’t a routine follow-up call. Jasmine had incredible news to share.
“I did want to congratulate you,” Jasmine began, “You are the recipient of EcoWater’s 100 for 100 giveback project.”
A Dream Four Years in the Making
As a homeowner for four years, Celeste had been dreaming of installing a water treatment system since the day she moved in. But as she explained to Jasmine, life had other plans.
“You don’t know — since I purchased this house about four years ago, I’ve been needing it ever since,” Celeste shared, her voice thick with emotion. “And it’s just been one thing after another after another in my life and I just couldn’t get there.”
For years, she’d been trying to save enough money. The dream of having quality water in her home had remained frustratingly out of reach.
More Than Just Water — It’s About Health
The timing of this gift couldn’t have been more perfect. Celeste recently discovered she needed alkaline water for health purposes, adding another financial burden to her already stretched budget. The prospect of affording both a water treatment system and the specialized water her health required seemed impossible.
“I just found out recently that I needed alkaline water. And that again has been an additional cost for me but it’s needed for my health purposes,” she explained.
Now, with a free reverse osmosis drinking water system and water softener — installation included — Celeste could finally prioritize her health without the financial stress.
“I’m looking forward to getting healthier now that I have the alkaline water to be able to drink,” she said.
